Have you spent a lot of time in Japan, then?

Yes, a lot. I own a home and some businesses here, so I often spend a prolonged time in Japan. I've been here for the last several months. But in the past I've spent several years here.

[The apartment is in the middle of a residential district, so when they step out of the station it'll mostly be walking side-by-side in the night through a few blocks of a quiet neighborhood.]

If I hated it I don't think I would have considered getting lunch with you in the future.

[He teases then waits for her to take the lead, since he doesn't know which apartment is hers. He wonders if the owners would sell this building..]

[They probably would, but Aoba certainly wouldn't be thrilled if she found out.

Anyway, once they reach her floor she looks down the walkway and turns to him.]
